Receipts Endpoint Modification

On the Receipts Endpoint listed below, new fields have been added:

  1. country_of_residence
  2. country_of_nationality
  3. IsTransfer

Reservations Endpoint Modification

On the Reservation Endpoints listed below, several new fields have been added:

  1. GroupId
  2. GroupName
