Maintenance Related Reports

The following article reviews the various reports related to the Maintenance Module.

Unresolved Requests

Operations > Maintenance Module > General Maintenance > Unresolved Requests

  • Select the UnResolved tab
  • Click Print

Operations > Maintenance Module > General Maintenance > Resolved Requests

  • Select the Resolved tab
  • Click Print
  • Note how the Done column is checked for the Resolved Requests

Individual Room Maintenance Report

Operations > Maintenance Module > Room Maintenance > Individual Room Maintenance Report

  • Report can print based on Maintenance Status as Not Done, Done or All. Select the desired Maintenance Status
  • Click Print Options
  • Click Print Selected Room

All Rooms Maintenance Report

Operations > Maintenance Module > Room Maintenance > All Rooms Maintenance Report

  • Report can print based on Maintenance Status as Not Done, Done or All. Select the desired Maintenance Status
  • Click Print Options
  • Click Print All Rooms

A box will open. Select the desired date range and maintenance status. (When running the report for Not Done, the date range is grayed out and not selectable)
