Exception Refund Access Agreement
RoomKeyPMS Payments now has the ability to manage two various permissions for clerks to perform adjustments/refunds and post negative payments to a credit card. This function is available in the latest version of RoomKeyPMS 11.0.0.11. Click here to download the latest version.
These features will require a signed Exception Refund Access Agreement form to be completed and returned. Please ensure this agreement is completed by your property's owner or control person to enable your team to perform refunds or negative payments. Clerks will not be able to perform adjustments/refunds or negative payments beyond 180 days (6 months) from being Approved and Boarded with RoomKeyPMS Payments without submitting this form to enable these features.

Minimum Version Requirement - Deadline: August 31, 2022
As of August 31, 2022, we will update our minimum version requirements for RoomKeyPMS to version 11.0.0.8. RoomKeyPMS will no longer support any previous versions after this date. To avoid any issues accessing your database, it is recommended to update your version of RoomKeyPMS at your earliest convenience. The latest version available for MAC users is also 11.0.0.8.

We now have both the RoomKeyPMS System Status Page and Fullsteam Status Page available for all live updates on system performance, service interruptions, or technical issues with RoomKeyPMS and Fullsteam (RoomKeyPMS Payments).
