City Ledger Permissions
The following article reviews the user permissions (located under System Configuration > Clerks > *selected user* > Permissions tab) associated with access and usage of the City Ledger.
Select City Acct at Check-out
Located under the Operations subset of permissions, 1528 - Select City Account at Check-out is available to Property, Owner, Clerk & Accountant roles. When given, it grants the user the ability to select a specific City Ledger Account at the time of Check-out, even on reservations that do not have a City Ledger Account attached, and have not been set up for Direct Billing.
