Your Information Page/Your Information Page Edit
Modifications:
- Condensed view of Guest Details so that the guest will not need to use the scroll (depending on screen size)
- Only "Required Fields" will show as part of the guest information
- Edit option is available => this will bring up a new page "Your Information Edit"
In the case where the required field is active and the guest does not have this field filled out on their guest profile, the guest will automatically see the "Your Information Edit" page, where they will see that the field is required.
For example, Bob Loblaw, does not have Zip Code on his profile but the property does have it set as a required field:
Vehicle Information
If the property has Vehicle Information configured, these fields are now located on the final page of the Mobile check-in:
Reservation Details
Modifications:
- Condensed view of Reservation Details so that the guest will not need to use the scroll (depending on screen size)
- Daily Rate can now be seen by clicking the link
Credit Card Details
- Condensed view of Credit Card Details so that the guest will not need to use the scroll (depending on screen size)
- When the guest makes the reservation, the property will ask for a Credit Card
- The guest will now have the option to "Use Credit Card on File" or have the option to add a new card using "Change Card"
- Previously, the guest would have to re-enter the card on file
- EXCEPTION: The system is able to identify third party credit cards, like Expedia and Booking.com => these cards will not show as an option
