The Mobile Statistics Dashboard allows you to see the percentage of Guests who are using Mobile Check-In & Check-Out and also allows you to see how many reservations are using the Room Upgrade & Enhancement features during Mobile Check-In.
This Dashboard is similar to the F1 - Property Dashboard as in today's information will constantly be updating throughout the day as Guests Check In & Out but will become a static report once Rollover time has passed. NOTE: This is tracking of Mobile Check-In & Check-Out, it does NOT include Paperless Check-In.
Found under Reports -> Mobile -> Statistics, the Mobile Statistics Dashboard is broken out into 3 sections and includes the following information.
Mobile Check-In - this section will update as guests are checked into RoomKey.
- Check-Ins minus Walk-Ins -> The number of Check-Ins that have occurred at the property minus Walk-ins. Walk-ins are not included as they are not given the chance to complete a Mobile Check-In Form. Same Day Reservations ARE included as these guests could potentially fill out a Mobile CI Form prior to arrival.
- Completed Mobile Check-In -> The number of Check-Ins who have completed a Mobile Check-In Form.
- CI Completion Percentage -> calculated by taking Completed Mobile Check-In number and dividing it by the Check-Ins minus Walk-Ins number.
Mobile Check-Out - this section will update as guests are checked out of RoomKey.
- Total Check-Outs -> The number of Check-outs that have occurred.
- Completed Mobile Check-Out -> The number of Check-Outs who have completed a Mobile Check-Out Form.
- CO Completion Percentage -> calculated by taking the Completed Mobile Check-Out number and dividing it by the Total Check-Outs.
Upsell - this section updates as guests complete their Mobile Check-In Forms.
- Total Room Type Upsells -> number of Reservations that selected a Room Upgrade during the MCI process.
- Room Type Upsell Revenue -> the total Room Type Upsell Revenue that was generated by the selected Room Upgrades. A per reservation breakdown can be viewed by selecting the drop down arrow next to this amount. For more information regarding this breakdown please see the Room Type Upsell Revenue section of this document.
- Total Guest Services Upsells -> number of Reservations that selected an Enhancement during the MCI process.
- Guest Service Upsell Revenue -> the total Guest Services Upsell Revenue that was generated by the selected Enhancements. A per reservation breakdown can be viewed by selecting the drop down arrow next to this amount. For more information regarding this breakdown please see the Guest Service Upsell Revenue section of this document.
Selecting "Print" at the top of the Mobile Statistics Report will generate a Report that displays all the information found on the Dashboard for the date selected as well as the previous years statistics for comparison.
The drop down arrow next to Room Type Upsell Revenue can be selected to view details on the reservations that completed a Room Upgrade during the Mobile Check-In process.
This Report displays basic reservation information as well as the following:
- Original Room Type - this was the Room Type that the guest originally booked*
- Upsold Room Type - this is the Room Type that the guest selected as a Room Upgrade
- Room Upsell - this is the Total amount of the revenue generated by this Upgrade. For Example, looking at guest Neville Longbottom, Res ID 1399, below - the cost to upsell from a 2QNL to a 3QNL Room Type is $85.00 per night, this reservation is in for 2 nights and therefore the Room Upsell revenue for this reservation is $170.00
The "Print" button in the top right hand corner can be selected to print the report - the order in which the report will print will be based on the Sort Order of the column selected prior to the "Print" button being pressed.
The drop down arrow next to Guest Service Upsell Revenue can be selected to view details on the reservations that selected an Enhancement during the Mobile Check-In process.
This Report displays basic reservation information as well as the Upsell Amount. The Upsell Amount is the Total amount of Guest Service revenue generated by this reservation. The black arrow can be selected to see the breakdown of the Enhancements that were selected during the Mobile Check-in process (see below for more information)
By selecting the arrow under the Upsell Amount column, we see all the Enhancements that were selected that make up the Total Upsell Amount. NOTE: The "Amount" column represents the total cost of the Enhancement for the entire stay. In the example below, the Golfing Guest Service is $50 per person, per night. This Enhancement was selected for 2 people for 2 nights and therefore the total is $200.00.
The "Print" button in the top right hand corner can be selected to print the report - this report will print based on a Res ID sort order.
