Welcome to the next chapter of RoomKeyPMS!

As part of our journey toward a fully web-based RoomKeyPMS experience, we’re excited to introduce Web Based Notes, replacing the previous Reservation and Guest Notes. This update marks an important step in modernizing the platform. Over time, you’ll begin to see more RoomKeyPMS modules transition to new web-based versions—bringing greater flexibility, accessibility, and performance as we work toward delivering a completely web-based solution for our clients.

The new Web‑based Notes work just like the Reservation and Guest Notes you’re already familiar with. Wherever you once viewed or managed Reservation or Guest Notes, you’ll now find the same information and workflows within the enhanced Web‑based Notes screen.

Adding a note is easy!

• Select Add Note
• Type your Reservation or Guest Note (up to 500 characters)
• Select Save to store your note

In the Group Module, the Copy to all group reservations option allows a Reservation Note to be applied to all existing Group Reservations.
