When clicking on the Guest Search when making a new Reservation, should the existing Guest have 1 credit card (or no credit card) on file, the booking will proceed as normal; should the guest have multiple cards on profile, the user will have the following options:
- Click on one of the Credit Cards and click "Use Selected Card"
- Click "New" to enter a new card
- Click "Continue Without Card"
Posting Payment
When posting a Payment on a Reservation, the user can select from the cards attached to the Reservation:
If the user checks the "Display all Cards" check box, all Credit Cards associated to the Guest Profile will display:
The Credit Card selected for the payment will not overwrite the original card attached for this reservation but it will now be associated to this reservation:
