Should a guest have insufficient funds to cover a full payment => the interface will charge the amount that is available on the guest's card => this will leave the clerk with 2 options:

• Accept Payment => partial Payment will post and then clerk would ask guest for another form of payment for the remainder
• Reverse Payment => clerk and guest can decide on another form of payment for the original amount 

In the example below, the clerk accepted the $4.00 partial payment and now the balance of $2.76 remains to be paid:
