Stripe Terminal Device Setup

Currently, the following devices are approved to use with Stripe Payments integrated with RoomKeyPMS:

  • Stripe BBPOS WisePOS E

Register this reader

You must register your new Stripe terminal device before you can use it to process payments in RoomKeyPMS. Registering a new device during the Stripe Interface Setup is completed by the RoomKeyPMS Interface Specialist during Step #3 Testing and Installation Conference Call.

STEP #1: Turn on your terminal device

  • Once the terminal has finished updating a 3-word code will appear

STEP #2: Send Registration Code to RoomKeyPMS

  • If you are adding a new device as part of your Stripe Interface Setup, give this code to the RoomKeyPMS Interface Specialist.
  • If you are adding a new device after your Stripe interface has been activated, give this code to our Support Team via email: [email protected]

IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING SETTING UP TERMINALS:

  • A "Machine Name" is mandatory when setting up Terminals
  • For MAC Users, go to the Apple icon in the top left hand corner of your screen
    • Click About this Mac
      • Click More Info and look for your computer "Name"
  • Multiple computers CAN use the same terminal, please give the machine name for each computer when setting up a new device terminal
