The service disruption affecting RoomKeyPMS services and Fullsteam TriPOS Card Present Processing has been resolved.
Affected services have returned to normal operation:
- Fullsteam TriPOS Card Present Processing
- EDH
- Housekeeping Web Portal
- Reports
If you continue experiencing issues, please exit RoomKeyPMS completely and log back in to refresh your session.

macOS Compatibility Update for Mac Users
Apple has announced future changes to support for Intel-based applications. While Mac users may begin seeing notifications related to RoomKeyPMS, no action is required at this time. This change is not expected until a future macOS release, and RoomKeyPMS expects to have an updated solution available well in advance. We will continue to provide updates as they become available.
