The following article reviews the various reports related to the Maintenance Module.
Unresolved Requests
Operations > Maintenance Module > General Maintenance > Unresolved Requests
- Select the UnResolved tab
- Click Print
Resolved Requests
Operations > Maintenance Module > General Maintenance > Resolved Requests
- Select the Resolved tab
- Click Print
- Note how the Done column is checked for the Resolved Requests
Individual Room Maintenance Report
Operations > Maintenance Module > Room Maintenance > Individual Room Maintenance Report
- Report can print based on Maintenance Status as Not Done, Done or All. Select the desired Maintenance Status
- Click Print Options
- Click Print Selected Room

Report based on All
All Rooms Maintenance Report
Operations > Maintenance Module > Room Maintenance > All Rooms Maintenance Report
- Report can print based on Maintenance Status as Not Done, Done or All. Select the desired Maintenance Status
- Click Print Options
- Click Print All Rooms
A box will open. Select the desired date range and maintenance status. (When running the report for Not Done, the date range is grayed out and not selectable)
