Microsoft has both 32 Bit and 64 Bit Operating systems and because most computers support 64 Bit, Version 10 of RoomKeyPMS is a 64 Bit Program.  If you receive an error message when trying to install Version 10 => please verify your Operating System:

Go to Start Menu Search => Control Panel:

Select System:

Under the System Type, if you see 32-Bit Operating System, you will need to use a different installer (see below):

Go back to the Version 10 Download Page and use download password: roomkeypms32@________________ insert server name
