In this Article we will show how to copy an existing reservation
A reservation may be copied by using the “New Res Add-On” feature in your PMS. First, locate the reservation that you wish to copy (this can be a past, present, future or cancelled reservation). Right click on the reservation and select “New Res Add-On” from the menu.
The reservation booking screen will then open and will contain the exact same booking information as the original reservation (with the exception of past reservations, in which case the Arrival Date will be today and not the past date)
You may make any changes you wish, or just select the checkbox under the “Book” column and select the “OK” button to finish copying the reservation. The copied reservation will now show in your PMS.
