In this article we will show how to modify an existing reservation
Locate the Reservation
First locate the reservation you wish to modify using your F3 Search Key or Advance Search Module. Once the reservation has been located, select the “Change Res” button located at the top of the screen (NOTE: This button says “Change Stay” for in house guests)
Uncheck the Check box in the "Book" Column
In order to make any changes to the Client Type, Room Charge Code, Arrival/Departure Date, C/O Time or Adults/Children, you must first uncheck the checkbox under the “Book” column
Refresh your Inventory Calendar
After you have made the desired changes you must click the “Refresh” button to the right of your screen. The Refresh button must be selected as the changes you have made may have affected the Rate & Availability originally selected.
Proceed to select the applicable Rate Plan & Room Type for the booking. Recheck the checkbox under the “Book” column.
If you need to make changes to the Guest Info, Services, Travel Agent, Guest Share or Routing tab, proceed to the appropriate tab and make the desired changes. When finished, select the “OK” button in the bottom right hand corner of the screen to save changes.

Other Modifications that can be made to a Reservation
You also have the option to Right Click on the reservation to bring up the following menu options:
- Show Notes – allows you to add or make changes to the Reservation Notes
- Show Shares – allows you to add or make changes to the Guest Shares
- Update Guest Services – allows you to add or make changes to the Guest Services
- Attach This Reservation to Travel Agent – allows you to add a Travel Agent
