Hardware
The most important element of the hardware specification for web based RoomKeyPMS is the processor speed. With that in mind the stated minimum spec of 2GHz or faster, Intel Pentium or higher, for running the desktop RoomKeyPMS is the minimum for running the web based RoomKeyPMS.
Browsers & Operating Systems
RoomKeyPMS is currently optimized for use on:
- Google Chrome on Windows 7, 8, 10 and Mac OS X
- Google Chrome on Android (phones and tablets)
- Google Chrome and Safari on Apple iOS
Screen Size
RoomKeyPMS is currently optimized for use on Desktop screens. Though not optimized for tablets and smartphones, it is functional on those platforms.
Important Notes on Firewalls
You will need to ensure that your firewall is not configured to block access to Google, so that the application can download certain icons and assets. Properties with firewalls that block access to Google may experience visual display issues in the application. Should you notice any problems with icons not being shown, this may be the cause.
