How to add a Second Address to a Guest Reservation
This article outlines the steps to adding a second address to a Reservation.
Second Address Field
The PMS allows you to add a second address to a guest reservation using the "Second Address" tab below which is located under the Guest Info section.
You can use the Second Address field to enter a guest's Business Address. This way, when they are staying on business, you can print a folio using their Business Address, and when they are staying on Leisure, you can print a folio using their Home Address.
IMPORANT NOTE: This field is not meant to replace Corporate Tracking and Reporting, for this, you still need to use the Corporate Client Type and attach the Corporate Account to the Reservation.
In the example below, we are adding in Mr. Smith's work address and we are going to set it as the default to be used for all correspondence and displays.
Guest Info Tab
Once the reservation is created, the Guest Info tab will display the Second Address.
Also, for any guest related reports that you print (Confirmation, Reg Card, Guest Folio) you will see the Guest Name followed by a / and then the Secondary Name:
