The OA Reconciliation Report is used by properties that have owned units, and are also using RoomKey's Owners Accounting module.
This report is sorted by room number.
The report includes:
- Room Number
- Revenue
- Guests
- Owners
- Total Revenue
When would I use this report?
- Used by Property Management Companies to verify how much revenue each unit is producing. Can be used as a tool to help effectively rotate units that are being rented.
