Over the past weekend and this morning, some customers experienced outages with RoomKeyServer. We sincerely apologize for the disruption this caused.

Our engineering team is actively investigating the issue. While the root cause has not yet been identified, the platform is currently stable, and we are monitoring it closely to prevent further disruption.
