Overview
If you are a Hotel Owner selling your property and want to give access to a new Owner, or, if you are a new Owner with authorization to access an existing RoomKeyPMS database, please contact our Inside Sales Team: insidesales@roomkeypms.com
We will coordinate with our Trainers and Support Team to help you manage ownership changes and and provide one-on-one training.
Access and Security
RoomKeyPMS can be downloaded from our support website (click here to access our download page) and every user must have a Clerk ID with login name and password.
If your property uses individual Windows Logins and/or a Windows Domain, the process of downloading and setting up your RoomKeyPMS database may require coordination with your Windows Administrator, Domain Controller access and/or IT Staff.
