How to Modify a Travel Agent

The following article outlines the steps required to modify an existing Travel Agent's profile in the PMS.

Modifying a Travel Agent

Proceed to Operations >Travel Agent.

To help search for a specific Travel Agent, click on any of the Menu headers (ID, Name, City Account, Telephone, Contact) to activate the search box to the right hand side of the screen. Based on the header that is selected, the search box will search within that column.

Modifying a Travel Agent

When the correct Travel Agent has been located in the list, click Modify to make changes.

Once the required changes are made, click Post to save.
