How to Attach a Travel Agent to a Checked Out Reservation

The following article explains how to attach a Travel Agent to a reservation that has already checked out. This can be useful in situations where attaching the Travel Agent was missed during the booking process.

Attaching a Travel  Agent to a Checked Out Reservation

  • Proceed to the Checked Out screen, and right click on the reservation in question
  • Select Attach This Reservation To Travel Agent

The Select Travel Agency box will open.

  • Use the drop down menu to select the desired Travel Agent
  • Fill in the Contact and Override com. % if applicable
  • Click Post to save

The selected Travel Agent is now added to the reservation.
