The following article outlines how to deactivate an existing Travel Agent profile in the PMS.
Deactivating a Travel Agent
Proceed to Operations >Travel Agent.
To help search for a specific Travel Agent, click on any of the Menu headers (ID, Name, City Account, Telephone, Contact) to activate the search box to the right hand side of the screen. Based on the header that is selected, the search box will search within that column.
When the correct Travel Agent has been located in the list, click Modify to make changes.
- Remove the check next to the Active box
- Click Post to save changes
This Travel Agent will no longer be able to be assigned to Guest Reservations.
To Re-activate a Travel Agent, follow the steps above, then re-check the Active box, and click Post to save changes.
