eRes is an integrated booking engine available for hotels using RoomKeyPMS. When connected to your hotel website, this proprietary tool allows guests to directly book a reservation online and saves you the cost of paying commission fees to 3rd-party agents.
eRes uses the Hotel Website distribution channel and WEB code client type in RoomKeyPMS to seamlessly distribute a variety of guest offerings, including:
- daily, weekly, monthly rates
- discounted/membership rates
- contracted corporate rates & negotiated group blocks
- packages, inclusions & guest service add-ons
- exclusive online promotions & free-night promos

How to Purchase eRes
Each RoomKeyPMS database comes equipped with an eRes Booking Engine. At the time of onboarding, your Key Operator may decline to customize and use this tool if they plan to use a 3rd-party booking engine instead (i.e. Vertical Booking, TravelClick/iHotelier, etc.).

How to Customize eRes
The eRes Booking Engine is customizable and included in the onboarding process for new RoomKeyPMS clients. We can match the brand colours and font from your hotel website, include a banner, your property logo, etc. allowing for a seamless booking experience for your online guests.

How to Add eRes to your Hotel Website
Whether you customize eRes during your onboarding process or purchase it after you Go-Live with RoomKeyPMS, your Trainer will send you a Link/URL for your integrated eRes Booking Engine.
The Link/URL will look similar to this:

You can create a "Book Now" or "Reservations" button on your hotel website that connects to the eRes Booking Engine Link/URL you received.
