- Enter any of the following search criteria:
- Last Name, First Name, Telephone #, Loyalty #, Country, State/Prov., Email, Stays

Update Regarding Recent Outages
We understand how disruptive the outages this past weekend and Monday morning were, and we appreciate your patience as our team worked to stabilize the system. Our engineers have identified a memory management issue affecting certain application servers under peak load.
To address this, we will be deploying a patch tonight. This update will include a brief server reboot that may result in up to 5 minutes of downtime, beginning at:
9:00 PM PST on Tue, Dec 2, 2025.
