In the Guest Profile module
- Select the New Guest button
- Complete the following required fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Telephone #
- Enable the Is this Guest a VIP? checkbox
- Optional: enter a reason for granting VIP status into the field that appears below the checkbox
- Select the Save button
