In the Guest Profile module:

1. Select the applicable guest profile
2. In the Main Guest Info tab, select the Main Address tab to view the following:
   • Required fields: First Name, Last Name, Telephone #
   • Optional fields: Title, Address, Zip/Postal Code, City, Country, State/Province, Mobile #, Other Telephone #, Email
3. In the Main Guest Info tab, select the 2nd Address tab to view the following:
   • Optional fields: Name, Address, Zip/Postal Code, City, Country, State/Province, Telephone #, Mobile #, Other Telephone #, Email
4. Also, in the Main Guest Info tab:
   • Is this Guest a VIP? checkbox
   • General Email (Confirmations, Folios etc...) checkbox
   • Email Marketing Campaigns checkbox
   • The View Guest Notes button
   • Do Not Rent checkbox and the corresponding Why? button

In the Guest Profile module:

1. Select the applicable guest profile
2. Select the Extra Info tab to view the following:
   • Vehicle License Plate #, Model, Make, Color
   • Guest's preferred Language of communication and Country of Nationality
   • Air #, Auto #, Loyalty # and Loyalty Start Date
   • Custom Fields

In the Guest Profile module:

1. Select the applicable guest profile
2. Select the Stays tab to view the following:
   • Past and Future stay information including ResID, Room Type and #, Arrival/Departure, Occupancy and Average Rate
3. When a booking line item is selected, the following information is viewable below:
   • Property Name, Reservation Date, Client Type, Source of Business, Rate Name, Total Room Revenue
   • The Print Folio button

In the Guest Profile module:

1. Select the applicable guest profile
2. Select the Credit Cards tab to view the following:
   • New, Edit, Delete buttons
   • Credit Card information including: Card Type, Number, Exp., Name on Card, Associated Reservations, Last Used, Tokenized status
