When certain information about a Corporate Account changes, it may be necessary to update the profile to reflect those changes. The following steps outline how to modify an existing Corporate Account in the PMS.
To Modify a Corporate Account go to Operations > Corporate
Click on the Corporate Account you wish to modify (ensure the black arrow is pointing towards the account name), and click the Modify button to the right of the screen. Proceed to make the desired changes, then click Post to save.
NOTE: If you need to increase the Credit Limit for the City Ledger Account this must be done within the City Ledger Module.
