This article will explain how to run the Corporate Statistics Report in the Corporate Module of the PMS. If you are using the Sales Manager Commission Tracking in the PMS, you will also be able to use this report to view performance per Sales Manager.
Corporate Statistics by Date Range
Go to Reports > Statistics > Corporate Statistics > Corporate Statistics by Date Range
Reports > Statistics > Corporate Statistics By Date Range
There are 3 ways to run the Corporate Statistics By Date Range Report:
- Summary Total
- Sales Manager Commission Sheet
- Sales Manager
This report shows the revenue produced by Corporate Accounts based on a specific date range. Hide Blanks will be checked by default, and will omit from the report any Corporate Accounts that have no performance during the selected date range.
Option 1 - Summary Total
Running the report by Summary Total will show all Corporate Accounts that have performance during the selected date range.
The report includes:
- ADR (Average Daily Rate)
- LOS (Length of Stay)
- Sales Manager (if applicable)
- Select the Date Range
- Click Start
A report similar to the following will display. When closing the report, an option to save it as a CSV file will appear.
Option 2 - Sales Manager Commission Sheet
Running the report by Sales Manager Commission Sheet, will print each Sales Manager on their own page, with all their respective Corporate Accounts.
Option 3 - Sales Manager
Running the report by Sales Manager, allows the selection of one specific Sales Manager, in order to print the report. When closing the report, an option to save it as a CSV file will appear.
When closing this report you will be given the option to save it as a CSV file which can be opened in Excel.
