The RoomKeyPMS Mobile feature enables properties to integrate a physically distanced check-in and check-out process for their guests.

Guest Mobile Check-out Workflow

Guests will receive a link from the hotel on their day of departure. Each property will have a customized landing page according to their brand standards. The name of the guest will automatically be populated, the guest just needs to click "Check-Out" to start the process.

This page allows the guest to review their folio by selecting "View Bill #1". To dispute any charges they can reach out to the front desk team, otherwise click on Check-Out to continue the process.

This page pertains to how the bill will be settled. The guest can settle the charges to the payment method they provided at check-in, or contact the front desk to change their method of payment.

If the method on file is selected, the next page will provide an digital signature form for the guest to acknowledge the charges.

Upon completion, the guest can provide an email address to which the final bill will be sent once the payment is settled.

This page indicates that the mobile check-out process is complete.

The guest will receive a second email with the bill once the mobile check-out process is complete.
