When RoomKeyPMS Payment Powered by Fullsteam is installed at your property, our Interface Specialist will perform a Token Wipe; this procedure is required to remove the end-to-end encryption tokens used by your existing credit card processor and allow for new tokens used by Fullsteam. NOTE: Tokens cannot be transferred from one processor to another processor. When you complete STEP #1 Account setup with Fullsteam Payment Processing, your account is considered "Approved and Boarded" and you will have a grace period of 180 Days (6 Months) to adjust/refund or post negative payments using credit cards used with your existing processor (before the Token Wipe). After the 180 Days, you will not be allowed to adjust/refund or post negative payments using credit cards collected or used before the Token Wipe.
A signed Exception Refund Access (ERA) Agreement allows you to adjust/refund or post negative payments using credit cards collected or used before the Token Wipe, without a 180-Day limitation.
