In this Article we will show how to reinstate both Cancelled and Checked-Out reservations
- Ensure to reverse all charges that appear on a cancelled reservation BEFORE you re-instate the reservation.
- You can only reinstate checked out reservations that A) have checked out today and B) have not had another guest check into their previously assigned guestroom.
To reinstate a cancelled or checked-out reservation, first locate the reservation using your F3 Search Key or Advance Search Module. After you have located the reservation, select the Reinstate button at the top of the screen.
A message will appear asking you to confirm that you would like to reinstate the reservation. Select YES.
