Groups remain in the Group Master for up to 30 days after the group’s departure date. After that, the group disappears from the Group Master. Cancelled & Inactive Groups will also disappear from the Group Master. All groups can still be viewed afterward by using the Group Search feature, with the exception of a cancelled group where no reservations had been made against it.
Proceed to Operations > Groups to open the Group Master List.
Next, select the View Menu then select Search
The easiest way to search for a group is to uncheck the Exact Match box and then enter the first few letters of the group name into the Group Name field. Select the Search button below.
The group will appear in the Group Master.
