Locate FRF File on Computer where Statement/Invoice was first built
In the example below, a Custom Statement has been created called "OTA.frf":

Locate File
Depending on the operating system used or the Network setup, it is best to name the file uniquely and perform a search on the local computer => to narrow the search, ensure that ".FRF" is added to the file name in the search => right click on the file and click Copy => then this file can be saved or emailed to another computer:

Now go to Operations => City Ledger => click on "Create Statement Template" => then on the City Statement Designer, click on "New Template":

Once the Designer page opens => 1. click on Open Folder icon => 2. locate saved file => 3. click Open:
Printing Statement
Now when printing a Statement from an account, the new file format will be available:

Upon clicking Show Report => 1. click the printer icon to print the statement => 2. or to save file, click ave icon => 3. CSV can be selected so that the Statement could be opened in Excel:
