In this article we will show how to successfully reopen a previously closed City Ledger Account.
Search for the desired Account
To reopen a City Ledger Account that has been closed, go to Operations > City Ledger and select the Closed dial at the bottom of the screen to view all of your closed City Ledger Accounts.

Reopening the Account
Ensure the black arrow is pointing towards the City Ledger Account you wish to re-open, and then select the Open Account button.

A message will appear asking you to confirm that you wish to open the account. Select Yes to continue.

The account has now been successfully reopened. Click OK to finish.

Viewing a Reopened Account
Important Note: If you you proceed to the Active/Open accounts to view your City Ledger Account, you will need to check the Show Zero Balance Accounts check-box at the bottom of the screen to view the account you just opened, as it will have no balance yet.
