Check the box on the Master Rate you wish to Affect
The Number to Sell function can also be applied over a Master Rate and Tiered Rates; as in this example, if three Best Available Rates were sold and 2 AAA Rates, this would mean the 5 NTS is sold to the max. Any new reservation would result in the Best Available Rate and all Tiered Rate Plans not showing. In this example, on the Best Available Rate (Master Rate) the Accumulate Number to Sell (NTS) across all Room Types & Tiered Rates is checked:
Check your Rate Calendar to Confirm
On the *Best Available Rate, the NTS Restriction is 10 for October 16-17, 2020:
Select the Rate that is Tiered off the Master Rate to Confirm
Tiered off Best Available Rate, is the AAA Rate, go to AAA Rate Plan => edit Rate => the message will tell us that this Rate Plan is now tied to the NTS on the Master Rate Plan:
