In the Rate Wizard
- Select the Next button
- In the General tab, select the Print Rate Reports button
- In the Rate Reports popup window, enable the Rate Plan Audit radio button
- Optional: enable the Hide Empty Rate Plans and/or Export to CSV checkboxes
- Select the Print button
