This report will display a list of rate plan templates based on a selected list of rate plans.

In The Rate Wizard
- Select the Next button
- In the General tab, select the Print Rate Reports button
- In the Rate Reports popup window, enable the Rate Templates radio button and enable the Show All Rates checkbox, or choose specific Rate Template Name from the provided list
- Select the Print button
Example of the Rate Templates Report
For each rate plan, this report will indicate:
- How the rate is distributed by stating YES or NO next to each distribution channel (Hotel Direct, Online, GDS, CRS)
- Max Persons and Min Persons restrictions (zero means that there is no restriction for this rate plan)
- Min Length of Stay and Max Length of Stay (zero means that there is no restriction for this rate plan)
- Attached Client Types
- Attached Corporate Accounts
This report will also display the updated Rate Template (or grid) for each rate plan. The Rate Template will alphabetically sort Room Type codes in the first column, then display incremental pricing per occupancy (Single, Double, Triple, Quad, Extra, and Child) for each room type.
