The Tag Manager allows users to “link” Corporate Accounts and/or Wholesale Accounts, and/or Groups for combined reporting. The Tag itself is defined by the property in how it will be used. A tag can be a specific company name, or segmented out in things like Weddings, Wholesalers, Sports Teams etc...
There are two methods of attaching tags to Corporate/Wholesale/Group accounts; via the Tag Manager, or within each of the respective Corporate/Wholesaler/Groups modules. Both methods will be reviewed within this manual.
Accessing the Tag Manager
To access the Tag Manager, proceed to Operations > Tag Manager.
To use the Search feature, click the Name header (1), which will activate the Search box (2).
Viewing Active vs Inactive Tags
Once a Tag has been used once, it cannot be deleted as it is tied to history. Tags that are no longer in use can be deactivated. Use the Active and Inactive radio buttons to toggle between viewing Active and Inactive Tags.
