The following article explains how to associate a Tag with Wholesaler Accounts using the Tag Manager.
Proceed to Operations > Tag Manager, and click on the Wholesalers tab.
On the right side under Available Wholesalers will be all the active Wholesale Accounts in the PMS. On the left will be all the currently Attached Wholesalers associated with the selected tag.
To attach a Wholesaler to a Tag:
- Select the desired Tag in the list at the top (esnure the black arrow is pointed toward the correct tag)
- Select the desired Wholesaler Account under the Available Wholesalers list (ensure the black arrow is pointed at the correct account)
- Use the green arrow to move the Wholesaler Account to the Attached Wholesalers list on the left
- Once all Wholesaler Accounts have been added, click Post to save changes
When completed, the Wholesaler Accounts associated with the Tag will appear in the Attached Wholesalers list on the left.
