Reports > Reservations > Print Guest Notes Report
This report displays all guest reservations for a selected date range, and outlines any Guest Notes or Reservation Notes that are attached to the guest reservations. The report prints based on Arrival Date and is sorted by Res ID.
The report includes:
- Res ID
- Departure Date
- Nights
- Adults/Children
- Room Number
- Guest & Reservations Notes
This report can be run two ways:
- By Arrival Date (targeting reservations not yet checked in)
- For all In-House Guests
Does not include In House, Checked-Out or Cancelled Reservations - for Reservations in a "Reservation" status only (ie: Arrivals not yet checked in & Future Reservations). No Shows that have not been cancelled will also appear on this report as they are in a "Reservation" status until they are either Checked-In or Cancelled.

This report can be used to help identify any special requests or preferences that a guest may have during their stay.
