How to Manage Clerk ID Property Access

This article will show you how to add or remove property access on a Clerk ID. Access to the  Properties tab is only available when two or more sister-properties using RoomKeyPMS are "chained" together.

How to Add/Remove Access to Chained Properties

  1. In the Clerks module, locate the Clerk ID in the Users panel
  2. Select the PROPERTIES tab
  3. Use the available checkboxes to select which properties this user can access
    • all changes will be summarized as either ADDED PROPERTIES or REMOVED PROPERTIES at the top of the screen
  4. Select the SAVE button to update the database

Note that the user will need to log out and log back into RoomKeyPMS for these changes to update on their Clerk ID.
