A Tier Enabled rate is dependent on another rate plan price, making it easy to update price changes and rate restrictions.
This is the method we recommend for creating easy-to-manage rates because you can tier a rate off of a master rate by Amount or by Percentage, or you can make it Equal to the master rate. You can also tier up (more than) or tier down (less than) the master rate.
