Fullsteam experienced a card-present outage with their processor. Their developers and IT team actively worked with their processors to resolve the issue. During this time, clients experienced declines when processed at the terminal. Virtual terminal and card-not-present transactions were still available.

Due to the history tied to each Transaction Code within the PMS, a Transaction Code cannot be deleted once it has been used.
Since a Transaction Code cannot be deleted once it has been used, it will need to be deactivated instead.
