How to Manage Clerk ID Permissions

This article will show you how to add and remove permissions on a Clerk ID.

Use the Permissions List to view all User Role permissions in RoomKeyPMS

How to Manage Clerk ID Permissions

  1. Access the Clerks module and select the Clerk ID
  2. Select the Permissions tab and complete the following:
    • To ADD permissions to a Clerk ID: locate the permission in the right-column and select the Give button
    • To REMOVE permissions from a Clerk ID: locate the permission in the left-column and select the Take button
  3. Select Post to update the database

Click the Black-Arrow to expand the permission group, then select individual permissions to Give/Take
