This article will show you how to add and remove permissions on a Clerk ID.

Use the Permissions List to view all User Role permissions in RoomKeyPMS

How to Manage Clerk ID Permissions

  1. In the Users panel, select the Clerk ID
  2. Select the PERMISSIONS tab
  3. Click a permission group to expand the list and see all permissions in that group (i.e. Operations)
  4. Use the available checkboxes to add or remove selected permissions
    • all ADDED PERMISSIONS and REMOVED PERMISSIONS will be noted a the top of the screen (with the ability to revert these choices)
  5. Click the SAVE button to update the database
