Use the Permissions List to view all User Role permissions in RoomKeyPMS
How to Manage Clerk ID Permissions
- In the Users panel, select the Clerk ID
- Select the PERMISSIONS tab
- Click a permission group to expand the list and see all permissions in that group (i.e. Operations)
- Use the available checkboxes to add or remove selected permissions
- all ADDED PERMISSIONS and REMOVED PERMISSIONS will be noted a the top of the screen (with the ability to revert these choices)
- Click the SAVE button to update the database
