PrePrint Reg Cards
This new release includes the ability to PrePrint Reg Cards for future days. This is in response to the COVID-19 pandemic as properties have been requesting the ability to PrePrint Registration Cards for future guests so the Reg Cards may sit, untouched, for a few days prior to a guests arrival.
RoomKeyPMS now offers the ability to PrePrint a Registration Card for a single guest via the Reservations screen -> Reg Card button or via Reports -> Reg Card.
It also includes that ability to PrePrint several Registration Cards at once for a Date Range by going to Reports -> Reg Card by Arrival Date.
Other Enhancements/Updates
- Reports -> Statistics -> Wholesale Statistics -> Wholesale Statistics by Date Range and Corporate Statistics by Date Range => the Start and Cancel buttons were not displaying
- Operations -> City Ledger -> Select Account -> Select "Invoices" tab -> Select invoice -> Select "Charges" tab -> Transfer button was missing
- Reports -> Statistics -> Room Occupancy & Revenue Report - Report was missing in Version 10.0.0.3 and 10.0.0.4
