Microsoft Single Sign-On
Single Sign-On (SSO) is an authentication method that enables users to access multiple independent software systems with a single set of credentials. Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) allows Microsoft users to log into RoomKeyPMS using their Microsoft username and password. Single Sign-On helps reduce the number of passwords users need to manage, which in turn lowers the risk of weak passwords and credential compromises, making it a more secure option overall.
To use this feature, you must have a Microsoft Tenant ID, which your IT team can provide. Once you have the Tenant ID, follow the steps outlined in the Microsoft Single Sign-On Login Option Training Document. After completing these steps, please contact RoomKeyPMS Support at [email protected] with your Tenant ID in order to enable login via the new Microsoft Login button.

Enhancements/Updates:
Tax not being applied to Credit Card Surcharge => previously, taxes were not being applied to the Credit Card Surcharge, but this has now been addressed. Going forward, the system will consider applicable taxes when calculating the Credit Card Surcharge. Please note that when entering an amount into RoomKey, if the Payment Transaction Code is setup with a Charge on Payment, the surcharge calculation will be performed in real time as the amount is entered. As a result, you may experience a slight delay while inputting each number. Transaction Code Fixed Amount Calendar => it was reported that, after selecting "Insert" in the Fixed Amount tab of Transaction Codes, when the cell under "Date From" was selected, the calendar did not appear to allow the selection of a future date. This issue has been addressed & resolved in this release.
Auto Logout on Unfinished Group => it was reported that if a user was in the middle of updating a Group and then stepped away from their computer long enough for the Auto Logout feature to occur, upon logging back in, they were presented with a message advising them to select Post or Cancel in order to proceed. After selecting OK, the Group Module would not appear, requiring a hard close of RoomKey to continue. This issue has now been addressed. In the event that the same situation occurs, RoomKey will now reopen to the main RoomKey screen. Please note any updates in progress will be lost, therefore it's recommended to complete all steps before stepping away from RoomKey for extended periods.
Hide Hosted Payments Test Menu under Reports -> Online Processing => this menu was accidentally left exposed in version 11.0.0.39 and has now been removed.
