Service Update Regarding Recent Outages

We have posted a detailed update on our Status Page regarding the performance issues that began over the weekend.

In summary, our team applied a patch and rebooted the affected server on December 2 at 9:00 PM PST. Early this morning, we identified and replaced a corrupted application pool, which successfully restored system performance. The system has remained stable following these changes.
