We’re excited to introduce a powerful new feature designed to enhance your reservation process and reinforce payment security: RoomKeyPMS Secure Credit Card Capture Form.
This enhancement allows guests to securely submit their credit card details through a tokenized, PCI-compliant form—no more collecting sensitive information over the phone or through unsecured emails. It’s a safer, seamless, and more professional payment experience for both your team and your guests.
How it Works:
⇒Your team sends a Secure Credit Card Capture link to the guest.
⇒The guest enters their credit card details through the encrypted form.
⇒The verified, tokenized card is automatically added to the reservation.
⇒Your team is alerted that the reservation is now guaranteed and any required deposits can now be processed!
The Secure Credit Card Capture Form can be easily sent while creating a Guest Reservation, using the new "CC Capture Form" checkbox or by right-clicking on any reservation located in RoomKeyPMS and selecting to send the CC Capture Form.

Enhancements/Updates:
Duplex printing issue => it was reported that the Reservations with Deposit and the Reservation without Deposits Reports could no longer be printed double-sided. Upon investigation, it was determined that this issue resulted from Delphi updates implemented earlier this year, which introduced changes that no longer support double-sided printing for Quick Reports. To resolve this issue, these reports has been converted to FastReports, which restores the ability to print double-sided.
