After the incredible success of our Beta Program, we’re thrilled to announce that Web-Based Sundry Sales is now live exclusively for RoomKeyPMS Payments Powered by Fullsteam users. This modernized experience delivers a faster, more intuitive way to manage Sundry Sales, helping your team work smarter and more efficiently than ever before.
This update is available with RoomKeyPMS Version 11.0.0.62, however, we highly recommend updating to Version 11.0.0.63 in order to take advantage of the Transaction Code Module related updates as well.
Web-Based Reports
Available to all RoomKeyPMS Clients using Version 11.0.0.62 and higher
As part of our Web-Based Journey, we are transitioning our current Fast Reports to Web Reports. Clients who have experienced printer issues with these reports in the past will be glad to know that these issues do not occur with our new Web-Based Reports. In this release, the following reports have been updated, with more to come in future releases.

Enhancements/Updates:
Inactive Transaction Codes appear on Daily Operating Report => the Daily Operating Report (Reports -> Statistics) has been updated to no longer display inactive transaction codes when no revenue was reported during the selected time period. Inactive transaction codes will still appear if revenue was reported for that code within the selected period.
Guest Services reappearing on Reservation after being removed => an issue has been addressed for Group Reservations with Guest Services, where a removed Guest Service could be added back automatically after a reservation was updated, such as changing a stay from 2 nights to 1 night. Guest Services will now stay removed after they have been deleted, and Activity Log tracking has also been updated to better capture these changes.
Ability to move Destination Folio of Payment on Upcoming Reservations => based on customer feedback, RoomKeyPMS now allows payments to be moved to a different destination folio while a reservation is in Reservation Status. For example, a payment can now be moved from Folio 1 to Folio 2 during this status.
Online Processing Reports for Accountant User Role => an internal request was made to have the Online CC Processing Report Permission added to the Accountant User Role. Both trainers & management agreed it made sense for this User Role to have this Permission therefore it was added & the update deployed. Any existing Clerks with an Accountant User Role will now show this Permission, but it was not given automatically. It must then be given by a Clerk with Owner Access. All new Accountant Clerks will automatically be assigned this Permission.
